Here followings are processing technologies

1. Expanding--Also called it as "open tubes", to made the rung on profile tightly, and the rung's outside is protruding like"teeth" to buckle the rectangle profile. This technology suitable for square rung with rectangle profile, and rung materials generally are 6060, 6062,6063 etc and hardness with WH8o-12o, the standard is RCS-T5, the profile material 6063,6065 etc and hardness higher than 14o.

 

2. Flanging--Put expanded the rung with profile on double head riveting machine to flanging the rung (step), the shape of die and material of rung's hardness has strict requirement and restrictions. If rung's hardness high than 14o and mode is right that easy to crack after flanging, especially crack will occur and 4 arcs of rung. If rung's hardness within the allowable range and mode shape unsuitable that even no crack but it will not turn over , So right right mode with qualified material are very import. After above 2 processes that you will achieved a single section ladder.
